Work Experience

The Cooper Union | Social Media and Documentation Coordinator (2016–current)

Manage social media platforms for The Saturday Program – a program dedicated to providing art training and portfolio development to underserved public high-school students. Photograph and film classes for documentation and archiving. Conduct audio interviews used to generate content for newsletters, social media campaigns, and marketing purposes. 

The Arts Connection Inc. | Instructor and Designer (2008–current)

Develop art curriculum and serve as lead artist on several residencies with a strong emphasis on painting, idea generation, creative processes, and collaboration. Design presentations, materials for art exhibitions, and other public events. 

Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness | Freelance Illustrator (2017)

Conceptual Illustrator on national pharmaceutical account – Humira. Pencil sketches and drawings were produced in collaboration with Executive Creative Director and Associate Creative Director to pitch client and ultimately help Art Directors and Photographers visualize and execute campaigns.

City University of New York | Freelance Muralist and Instructor (2017)

Developed design curriculum, led painting, and oversaw the production of two indoor murals for CUNY administrative offices. Interviewed and selected eight (8) aspiring designers of high-school/college age to concept, design, paint, and install indoor murals. Shared administrative responsibilities with CUNY partners.

J. Walter Thompson | Freelance Art Director and Designer (2014–2016)

Oversaw the visual direction and design of materials for JWT Differenter – an agency initiative that created several industry-wide events promoting diversity and inclusion in Advertising. Media included print, web, mobile, and social media platforms.

Nike | Freelance Art Director and Muralist (2012–2013)

Art directed, designed, and painted several murals for a collaborative initiative between Nike and NYC Department of Youth and Community Development. Led group of painters through creation of several panels designed to tile into large-scale murals. Oversaw and managed contractors in the renovation and installation of murals located within several NYCHA community centers throughout NYC.
